23 May 2006: Eclipse Plugin Released!

After a lot of hard work, I am pleased to announce the release of CodeGenClipse, an Eclipse plugin for code generation. This plugin integrates Jostraca templates directly into Eclipse so that they are much easier to work with. A big thank you to Morten Christensen for writing this plugin. And he's only getting started! The CodeGenClipse plugin can handle other code generators too, not just Jostraca, so look out for more updates to the plugin.

So how can you get your hands on the plugin? It's really easy. Just point Eclipse at the update site. We've tested with version 3.1.2 and it should work just fine. More details on the plugin site. Note that the plugin requires JDK 1.5.

In case you're wondering about Jostraca itself, there's a new release on the way with many bug fixes (thanks again Morten!), and support for JavaScript templates. Coming soon...
