Jostraca is now sponsored by Ricebridge. Ricebridge will be providing financial support for the continued development of the Jostraca code generation system.

Jostraca will also form the core code base for Ricebridge, which will ensure that all of the components released by Ricebridge are based on an open source platform.

Of course, if you hadn't guessed by now, Jostraca and Ricebridge are run by the same person (Richard Rodger). But rest assured that even though Ricebridge is a commercial enterprise, Jostraca will always be freely available. That's all thanks to the good old GPL, which protects programmers from exploitation (and from themselves!). Since Jostraca is licensed under the GPL, it can never be taken away from you if you decide to use it.

I'm looking forward to putting some proper resources into Jostraca in the near future, but the next step is to release a bug fix update by the end of the year.
