4 Aug 2002: Jostraca 0.3.1 Released

Jostraca 0.3.1 includes two major new features: support for the REBOL language in templates, and the new replace-regexp directive.

This release also includes a number of transitional software design changes which will help to provide better unit testing, error messages and directive handling. These changes should be complete by the next release.

In this release I have also introduced the concept of design notes, which are short documents describing software design issues and decisions. These can be accessed from the documentation page. Many thanks to pdftohtml and pdftohtmlgui for making it so much easier to publish these using Star/OpenOffice (I've actually bought StarOffice 6.0 and can say that I'm really pleased with it).
