30 Mar 2002: Added Ant Task

Jostraca now comes with an Ant task, contributed by Lars Grammel. I've written a short tutorial and also some reference documentation. To make the Jostraca Ant task easier to use, Jostraca now contains an internal backup configuration so that it can function without configuration files. This also allows you to use jostraca.jar directly.

I've moved this release up to version 0.3. The idea is to use odd numbers for development releases, and even numbers for stable releases, which is a fairly common convention. Jostraca is still in an initial development phase, so we'll stay with the odd numbers for the moment.

I am also publishing my development notes, so that you can see what direction development is going in. They are stored in a StarOffice spreadsheet, exported to HTML and then fixed up with Perl.
